Paneer Kadai

This dish is named kadhai since it’s cooked in a special Indian wok called kadhai, the basic kitchen essential of Indian Cuisine.

Irresistible, aromatic paneer kadhai gets its unique flavor from tomato, onion, bell pepper chunks, sauté with finely chopped ginger garlic, kadhai masala, methi (fenugreek leaves), jeera (cumin seeds),  and flavored with semi grounded spices.

Enjoy best with naan or even jeera rice.
